Your New Role

Position: JURA Professional National Account Manager
Location: Remote

Reporting to: JURA Professional Head of Sales

You will be responsible for the management and nurture of a number of existing high performing accounts, alongside reconnecting with out of frequency customers. In addition you will need to identify and successfully introduce new business opportunities within your designated territory. 

As a JURA National Account Manager building successful and longstanding relationships is absolutely vital to succeed. Part of your role will include regular physical meetings, product demonstrations and digital collaborations.  Some out of area travel, occasional stays away from home and out of normal working hours work may be required. Therefore, flexibility will be essential.

It is imperative to be a successful applicant, that you can show that you are a high performing account manager, with role model behaviours.  Acting as a brand ambassador you will promote and maintain a premium customer experience at all times.

What we will expect from you

Management and nurture of relationships within existing national accounts. Understanding their needs and aligning our products and services to meet those needs effectively. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within your assigned accounts. Create new business strategies to help achieve yours and overall group targets. To achieve this, you will require the ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to forecast sales, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.

Problem solving and the ability to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction will be essential in achieving your goals. This will involve cross departmental collaboration and working closely with internal teams such as sales operations, sales marketing, credit departments, technical and customer support to ensure alignment of strategies and maximize opportunities.

Regular reporting on individual sales performance, current market trends, account performance highs and lows, alongside new business and out frequency contacts will be required for the management team. These will be in line with your KPI demands and agreed set bonus targets.

You will be provided with a JURA company vehicle or car allowance to facilitate travel needs as well as being fully equipped with all the necessary equipment required to carry out your role successfully and efficiently.

You will be required to attend training and / or  meetings at our head office in Colne, Lancashire that may require overnight stays and also occasional global sales conferences at JURA HQ in Niederbuchsiten, Switzerland.

About you

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving area growth, acquiring new business, retaining existing clients and increasing market share within B2B industry. 

We are looking for someone who must be self motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills, a good team player and able to demonstrate solid IT skills, whilst always ensuring a premium level of service.

Basic Salary up to £45k DOE + OTE up to 35%
