Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 40 ml espresso
  • 20 ml elderflower syrup
  • Tonic water
  • Ice cubes


  • Fill a long drink glass almost to the rim with ice cubes.
  • Add the elderflower syrup and tonic water to the glass until it is 3/4 full.
  • Place the glass directly under the coffee spout and prepare an espresso.
