Make sure that the milk foam is fine and velvety. Carefully smooth the milk foam surface with a spoon to shape the milk foam and remove the air bubbles.
We recommend using chocolate sauce to decorate cappuccinos. Make sure you use cold, liquid chocolate sauce. Use the chocolate sauce to draw seven little circles on the milk foam surface.
Prepare a coffee and use a spoon to add the crema. Distribute the crema evenly in the circles as shown in the picture.
Use a wooden skewer to draw a line straight through the circle in the middle. Wipe the excess foam from the skewer with a cloth.
