JURA Pocket Pilot 2.0

Pocket Pilot 2.0 allows both cashless payment and central machine monitoring without any additional infrastructure. This is made possible by the Payment Connect as the link between the automatic coffee machine and the mobile device. It can be conveniently used in the automatic coffee machine. Pocket Pilot 2.0 is free and requires no software installation. After creating a JURA Pocket Pilot account, you have access to a device management system that leaves nothing to be desired.

Nowadays many people prefer the convenience of contactless payment using a smartphone. When you scan the QR code on the machine’s display, Pocket Pilot 2.0 opens and connects to the device. Now you can select your beverage and pay in the payment window using your preferred payment method (e.g. Apple Pay). Once the transaction is complete, your speciality is prepared automatically. It's that simple: scan, pay, enjoy.

With Pocket Pilot 2.0, you have a clear overview of all your JURA fully automatic machines at all times and can manage them conveniently from a distance. The dashboard is fully customizable to your needs.There are five different modes to cover all business models. Pocket Pilot 2.0 displays a range of useful statistics, monitors revenue and provides user management functions.You also have the option of customising the cup price, the available specialties and their recipes - all centrally controlled.

The right solution for every business model

Pocket Pilot 2.0 offers five different ways of using the coffee machine and providing hot beverages. Whether free of charge, for payment or billed periodically, JURA Pocket Pilot 2.0 has the ideal solution for any business model.

Open mode displays a consumption summary in real time. You can bill at any time and export data to an Excel or a PDF file. Billing can take place for an individual coffee machine or an entire location. Speciality coffees can be configured to suit individual tastes or requirements.

Sell speciality coffees at prices defined by you. Customers can select their coffee and make their payment with a smartphone. You can keep track of sales in real time on the dashboard. Data can also be exported to an Excel or PDF file. You can amend prices centrally and remotely, and easily configure the products on offer. Local reprogramming is not necessary. You save the trip to individual fully automatic machines and thus time and money. 

Payment mode has the advantage that it functions entirely without additional hardware, such as a payment box.

Prepaid mode combines payment mode and authorised access mode.

The consumption of each individual user can be tracked and credits credited in real time. Sales can be tracked live, and data and statistics can be exported to an Excel or PDF file. Changing prices and configuring specialties can be done centrally on the screen, without having to make the corresponding settings physically on the fully automatic machine.

Each user is assigned an account to which he can add money. They can then consume products until their credits are used up. A card or transaction fee is only charged for loading. The individual withdrawals in prepaid mode are free of charge, which allows you to offer coffee at a lower price.

In this mode, you can assign users individual access rights on specific machines. Each user has an account, which allows you to monitor their consumption in real time and bill them periodically. The advantage of authorised access mode is that you can control access to the coffee machine and bill each user transparently.

Multi mode allows you to combine payment mode with another mode of your choice. This means that you can serve two different user groups with different arrangements at the same time. With multi mode, you can:

• Define one price for users with an account (price A) (this can also be 0)
• Define a different price for users without an account (price B)

You can configure prices and specialities centrally from your screen without having to visit each individual machine to change the settings. This means that the coffee machines are available to all users.

Dual mode has the advantage that a coffee machine can display different prices for different user groups.
