27/07/2026 - Cold Brew is making its way into JURA’s E line

With the new E10, JURA is bringing Cold Brew into the popular E line. This fully automatic machine offers Hot Brew, Cold Brew, Light Brew and Sweet Foam, and prepares 36 speciality coffees. Five brewing processes, the P.A.G.2+ grinder, and convenience features such as the Coffee Timer and Quality Assistant define the new model.

With the E10, JURA is expanding its successful E line to include cold-brewed speciality coffees, bringing together four different worlds of indulgence in this category for the first time: Hot Brew, Cold Brew, Light Brew and Sweet Foam. The E10 offers a total of 36 speciality coffees, using five different brewing processes. It prepares Cold Brew specialities using cold water, applying pulsating high pressure. Light Brew is all about ready-to-drink enjoyment at the perfect temperature, prepared using less coffee and brewed at around 60 °C. The Sweet Foam function further adds to the concept with subtly sweetened milk foam, further expanding the range of options.

The E10’s operating concept stands out thanks to the innovative features of JURA’s new generation of fully automatic machines. The Coffee Timer is set via the J.O.E.®* app and allows you to program your coffee to be brewed up to 16 hours in advance – so you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee as soon as you get up. The Quality Assistant helps you to maintain the machine and improves coffee quality, hygiene and the machine’s longevity. A 3.5‑inch colour display with side buttons guides you through the various worlds of indulgence, which are colour-coded to make navigation easier. The E10 is also user-friendly when using ground coffee.

To ensure precise grinding, the E10 relies on the P.A.G.2+, which is characterised by consistent performance and a long service life. It can be adjusted at any time, returns to its relaxed position after each preparation and grinds the coffee precisely and specifically for each beverage. In design, the E10 remains true to the E line’s language, combining high-quality materials, precise lines, and a narrow width of just 27 cm.
