22/03/2016 - Easter is the perfect time for baking at home with your family and we can’t wait!

We have found some fabulous Easter recipes for you to enjoy!

They will make an extra-special gift or create an equally special ending to any meal – served with liqueurs and coffee.

Ingredients (for 10 persons)

  • 100 ml strong coffee
  • 200 g digestive biscuits
  • 100 g unflavoured cream cheese
  • 400 g white chocolate, milk chocolate or dark chocolate
  • A little bit of coffee-flavoured cream liqueur
  • Some coconut flakes to decorate

Preparation

  • Crush the biscuits and mix them with coffee, until biscuits are squashy
  • Add the cream cheese and a bit of coffee-flavoured cream liqueur (if you wish) and mix properly
  • Melt half of the chocolate, placing the chocolate in to a hot bowl of water
  • Add the melted chocolate to the biscuit mixture and stir properly
  • Place it in the fridge for a few hours to cool down
  • Melt the other half of the chocolate, in the same way?
  • Take the solidifyed mixture from the fridge, shape it in to little balls and dip the balls in to the melted chocolate with a fork
  • If required, roll the balls into coconut flakes
  • Place the truffles on greaseproof paper to dry

We recommend sharing these little seasonal pleasures with those you love this Easter.
