Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Cortado (40 ml espresso, 3 sec. milk foam)
  • A little lemon zest
  • 1 generous pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar


  • Put the lemon zest and cinnamon in a heat-resistant espresso glass.
  • Place the glass under the coffee spout and prepare a cortado.
  • Sprinkle the sugar over the drink and caramelise it with a small kitchen blow torch.


Stir well before tasting.
