Make sure that the milk foam is fine and velvety. Carefully smooth the milk foam surface with a spoon to shape the milk foam and remove the air bubbles.
Our tip: The air bubbles can be removed by carefully banging the cappuccino cup on the table.
Make sure you use cold, liquid chocolate sauce. Draw two circles on the foam as shown in the illustration.
Our tip: Fill the chocolate sauce into a pipette to make decoration easier.
Using a wooden skewer, draw four even lines outwards from the centre.
Our tip: After making each line, wipe the excess chocolate from the skewer with a cloth.
