Ingredients (for 2 persons)
- 2 x 45 ml Espresso
- 100 ml yoghurt
- 40 ml sugared water (made of equal parts sugar and water)
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Fill the yoghurt, the sugared water and the ice cubes into a shaker.
- Add 2 freshly prepared Espressi.
- Blend all the ingredients until creamy.
Serve the Lassi in a small water glass (100 ml) with a straw.
