Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 2 espressi à 45 ml
  • 30 ml mango syrup
  • 20 ml strawberry purée (strawberry topping)
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • Ice cubes


  • Place the ice cubes in a blender jug and add the mango syrup, strawberry puree and lemon juice.
  • Take the cup and prepare two espressi.
  • Blend for a few seconds until the liquid foams up a little.
  • Pour the Café Excotica into a cocktail glass.


Decorate the rim of the glass with a mango wedge.
